What documents do tenants need to provide?

Typically, tenants must supply ID, proof of income, employment references, and previous landlord references.

How is rent collected and when do I receive payment?

Rent is collected monthly and transferred to your account within 3–5 working days of receipt, minus our management fee.

What is an HMO, and do I need a license?

A House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) is a property rented by at least 3 people who are not from one household. Licensing requirements depend on the local authority and the number of occupants. We can organize this for you.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay?

We have strict credit control procedures, including communication and legal recourse if required. Rent guarantee insurance is also available.

Who handles maintenance issues?

We do. Tenants report issues via our portal, and we coordinate repairs with approved contractors. Do all levels of maintenance and property development.

How do you screen tenants?

We conduct thorough checks including credit history, income verification, employment checks, and landlord references. We match the right tenants together to create amazing homes.
